The Zhejiang Province Smart Living Industry Matchmaking event took place in Hangzhou on May 8, attracting over 500 companies from seven industrial provinces and municipalities, including Shanghai, Jiangsu, Guangdong, and Shandong.
The event showcased Zhejiang's recent innovations in the smart living industry in areas such as smart homes, wearable tech, smart transportation, and smart entertainment. There were also special sections highlighting innovative enterprises, the livestreaming of Zhejiang products, and areas for financial and legal discussions.
During the matchmaking event, companies like Huawei, Taobao & Tianmao Group, and NetEase unveiled new products, technologies, and application scenarios. Furthermore, agreements were signed between entities like Wasu Media, the Beihang Hangzhou Research Institute, Dahua Technology, and Keeson Tech to foster cooperation in the realm of AI technology research, market application, and promotion.
Chen Bo, deputy director of the operation department of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, said, "Through industry-trade linkage and cluster integration, we will seize the opportunities presented by large-scale equipment upgrades and the trade-in of consumer goods, leveraging Zhejiang's industrial clusters and status as a commercial hub to provide a platform for companies to match supply and demand."
