Hangzhouxi Railway Station has introduced a novel approach to job hunting by deploying digital job application machines, offering a fast and free service for resume submission and job application.
Once a user selects a desired position out of the some 9,000 job vacancies available across Yuhang District, the process moves swiftly to personal information verification through real-time authentication via Alipay. Upon successful authentication, the system will generate a resume. After a quick confirmation process, the application is complete. And all is done within 15 seconds.
These machines have served some 18,000 users, with over 9,000 successful resume submissions. The machines are also available at Hangzhoudong Station and several universities.
The machines use AI and big data to access authorized personal information for resume creation and job matching. In Shangcheng District, for example, 173 job vacancies in various sectors including technology, manufacturing, and service have been integrated into these machines. Companies registered with DingTalk can quickly post vacancies, further streamlining the hiring process.
With increasingly more such machines deployed in busy and bustling areas such as the Hubin commercial area, Hangzhou aims to improve its talent acquisition and development, leveraging digital tools to create a favorable ecosystem for both job seekers and employers.
