Recently, the construction of Linpingbei Railway Station in the east of Hangzhou has entered the bidding stage. The project spans about 10 square kilometers, and will carry out the overall construction for Linpingbei Railway Station and its surrounding areas, to build a transport hub that combines the city with the railway station.

After being completed, the railway station will connect Shanghai-Zhapu-Hangzhou Railway, and Shanghai-Hangzhou and Suzhou-Hangzhou High-speed Railways in the east, as well as Hangzhou-Nanjing, Hangzhou-Wuhan and Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-speed Railways in the west, serving the Yangtze River Delta and its surrounding areas. The hub will enhance Linping’s connection with Shanghai and boosts its economy.
