On April 17, the train ticket for the first day of May Day holiday went on sale. Hangzhou has stronger ticket rush this year, because the primary and middle school students in the city will enjoy a spring break at the end of April, in that a lot of parents want to travel with their children.

Some parents confessed, “The cities with many historical sites will be the first choice, such as Beijing, Xi’an, and Nanjing. In addition, the leisure cities including Xiamen, Chengdu, Chongqing, and Changsha are also under consideration.”

The train tickets for popular cities have been sold out. The high-speed train tickets from Hangzhou to Beijing, Changsha, Nanjing, and Xiamen have been snapped up. Only a few business seat tickets, or EMU tickets that take more than ten hours, are left at present.
