On April 16, Linping District of Hangzhou held an event to promote the resource utilization of enterprises at home and abroad, expand the domestic and foreign markets, and provide international students with entrepreneurship platforms, in a bid to attract more talents.

During the event, a plan to support foreign entrepreneurs was released, including measures, such as setting up foreigner endorsement stations and immigration service stations, and developing foreign talent management systems.

A student from Tajikistan has been in Hangzhou for more than 10 years, and has founded a cross-border trading platform in Linping. He stated that he would like to continue staying in Hangzhou, as its good entrepreneurship environment of China and its support policies by the government are very friendly to foreigners.
