Measures on the Protection and Utilization of Climate Resources in Hangzhou will be released to showcase cases featuring climate-related efforts in agriculture and tourism, in a bid to encourage to take advantages of climate resources.

To cope with bad effects of prepaid consumption, Hangzhou plans to unveil legislative regulations to protect consumers' rights and interests. This move will formulate specific rules for prepaid card consumption based on Hangzhou's local cases.
