In the past few days, Hangzhou held a joint conference on innovation of intelligent connected vehicles, announcing that it would make every effort to connect vehicles with intelligent technologies.

Hangzhou is a pilot city in developing new energy vehicles, 5G IoV application, and high-precision map application. Its industry revenue has exceeded 200 billion yuan.

Hangzhou is set to strive for its development in intelligent vehicles from April 7, in a bid to achieve information exchange among people, vehicles, roads and clouds through high-precision maps, sensors, and cloud computing so as to improve driving safety and efficiency.

Hangzhou also aspires to be the first city in China to roll out relevant regulation to clarify on-road process of autonomous vehicles.
