On April 2, Alipay released “AI Medical Assistant”. It provides the medical institution with the intelligent service covering the whole process of medical treatment by using some technologies like AI large model, and digital human.

Twelve hospitals in Hangzhou have applied this service and served over 1 million patients. Patients can experience decent services like department recommendation, medical planning, and checking report by describing symptoms, to promote the long-term health management and greatly improve the medical experience.
