Another 2 half marathons to kick off in Hangzhou in late March

On March 31, Hangzhou will hold two events, 2024 Hangzhou Xianghu Half Marathon and 2024 Hangzhou Dream Town Half Marathon.
2024 Hangzhou Xianghu Half Marathon
The event features a half marathon and a fun run, with a scale of 7,000 people and 3,000 people respectively. The half marathon adds a race involving 99 couples, symbolizing blessings for everlasting love as “99” is called jiujiu in Chinese characters. Nearly 20,000 players from 19 countries and regions applied to join in the competition, rising about 50% compared to figures of last year.
The route starts from Xiangpu Road, passes through Kuahuqiao Site Museum, China Academy of Art (Xianghu Campus) and other landmarks in Xianghu District, and ends at Xiasun Cultural Village.
