With the arrival of the peak tourist season in spring, Hangzhou has announced adjustments to the parking fees at the West Lake Scenic Area from March 15 to May 31 as follows:

Daytime on weekends (8:00-20:00): 20 yuan per hour for small vehicles; 10 yuan per hour for large vehicles

Daytime on weekdays (8:00-20:00): 10 yuan per hour for all vehicles

Nighttime on weekends and weekdays (20:00-8:00 next day): 5 yuan per hour for all vehicles

During Tomb-sweeping Day and May Day holidays, parking expenses will be charged according to the weekend charging standard.

In addition, the West Lake Scenic Area takes temporary traffic management measures, including an odd-even car ban, which refers to alternate driving days for cars with even-and odd-numbered license plates, regional limits on car numbers, and setting of pick-up and drop-off areas for taxi and online car hailing.
