A few days ago, Duet by Chen Luwei (also known as Lyuwei Chen), a girl from Hangzhou, won the Best Documentary Feature at the 50th Student Academy Awards Ceremony, according to official website of Oscars. This award enjoys high value, because its judges are all from Oscar Review Committee, and All Student Academy Award-winning films are eligible to compete for 2023 Oscars in the Animated Short Film, Live Action Short Film or Documentary Short Film category.

Duet tells a story of a renowned Chinese Musician Sheng Zongliang and his daughter Feifei to chase their music dreams. The film also seized the Best Documentary Award at the 12th New York Shorts International Film Festival, and the Best Documentary Short Award at the 6th Da Vinci International Film Festival.

This young director who once studied for a master's degree at New York University (United States) is preparing for settling down in Hangzhou, and aspires to narrate stories of Hangzhou through documentaries to show Hangzhou's cultural and urban charm to the world.
