Hangzhou is enhancing its infant care services. At present, there are 24 nursing infant classes and 39 nursery classes to meet families' needs for early infant care.

Hangzhou plans to provide subsidies and professional trainings to ensure that childcare institutions can offer normalized and specialized services.

Moreover, Hangzhou is implementing a model of "combining medical treatment with childcare", and childcare doctors regularly walk into childcare institutions to give guidance and improve early development of infants and babies.

In addition, Hangzhou is set to build a Comprehensive Childcare Service Center, Child Health Management Center, and Infants & Babies Growth Station to provide more scientific and normalized care services.
