Last December, Hangzhou rolled out an integrated talent recruitment & introduction policy called "Spring Rain Program".

The program says that young people who are looking for jobs in Hangzhou can enjoy a 7-day free accommodation service. There are simple and comfortable rooms available for talents in places like youth apartments in Xihu District and Shangcheng District. 

In addition, Hangzhou provides 11,000 internship positions for unemployed graduates, helping them gain work experience and enhance their skills.
