Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou Railway and Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-speed Railway have recently reported the latest construction progress.

On March 2, Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou Railway started track laying, scheduled to be completed by the end of the year. After the completion, it will be connected to Huzhou-Hangzhou High-speed Railway, for which passengers can take the high-speed train from Hangzhouxi Railway Station to Huzhou, Suzhou, and Shanghai.

Recently, the construction of stations along Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-speed Railway has entered the decoration stage, expected to be completed in June. This high-speed railway starts from Hangzhou Tongludong Railway Station, passes through Jinhua and Taizhou, and ends at Wenzhounan Railway Station. After being completed, it will be connected to Huzhou-Hangzhou Railway, for which passengers can take the high-speed train from Hangzhouxi Railway Station to Yiwu, Hengdian, and Wenzhou. And the trip from Hangzhou to Wenzhou will take only one hour.
