New World Hangzhou Urban Art Center (Phase II) will be built with a shopping mall, an office building, a art department, and a hotel. With a total investment of 10 billion yuan, it is planned to be completed by December, 2025.

Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Hanggang Industry Site

Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Hanggang Industry Site Comprehensive Protection Project is a project to reconstruct Hangzhou’s industry site into a new landmark with the integration of industry site sightseeing, digital sci-tech industry agglomeration, and cultural creativity. With a total investment of 9.9 billion yuan, it is scheduled to be completed by December, 2024.

Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Museum

Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Museum in Hangzhou will be built with a museum and an international exchange center featuring canal culture. With a total investment of 3.19 billion yuan, it is expected to be completed by December, 2025.
