The Global Solicitation Activity of the Tenth Hangzhou Overseas High-level Talent Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition was launched on February 25. A few days ago, quite a few talents from overseas famous colleges and universities including the University of Cambridge and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) took part in the competition and received awards.

The reason why the competition attracts overseas talents is to provide opportunities for project implementation and development, as well as funding channels. The award-winning projects can obtain the subsidy of 15 million yuan, enjoying tax reduction & exemption and other preferential policies.

PhD Wang Qing from Johns Hopkins University (USA) cited, “Hangzhou’s department heads make every effort, with high administrative efficiency, and provide outstanding service to eliminate the worries about project implementation.”
