On February 21, Hangzhou rolled out 76 policies to promote high-quality economic development.

These policies include eight fields, such as expanding investment, sci-tech innovation, bettering industrial ecosystem, developing modern service industry, traffic construction, domestic demand expansion and opening-up, rural revitalization, urban-rural integration and improvement of people's livelihood.

Among them, Hangzhou is committed to focus on boosting investment, stimulating consumption potential, and promoting foreign trade export. In addition, technological empowerment and improvement of people’s livelihood are important aspects.

These policies will lay a foundation for the rapid and strong growth of Hangzhou's economy.
