On February 17, Hangzhou organized about 40 enterprises to hold job fairs in four places including Liping County and Tianzhu County in Guizhou Province, as well as Fenghuang County and Jishou City in Hunan Province.

Nearly 5,000 job opportunities were provided at job fairs, involving textile, manufacturing, service, catering and other industries.

Hangzhou’s enterprises make efforts to attract outstanding talents, providing employees with high-paying jobs, many of which had a salary of more than 10,000 yuan. In addition, enterprises also paid more attention to employee welfare, such as board and lodging, five social insurances & housing fund, performance bonus and festival welfare.
