The inaugural ceremony for the Inheritance of the Asian Games, Embarking Together into the Future book series took place at the Hangzhou Library on Feb 5.

The series includes three books, namely Telling Hangzhou's Story Beautifully – Analysis of Hangzhou Asian Games Visual Identity, Sharing the Glory of the Asian Games – Documentary of Hangzhou Asian Games Cultural Activities, and Creating a Media Harmony – Record of Hangzhou Asian Games Media Operations.

The publications, as cultural cards of the post-Asian Games era, showcase and interpret the cultural achievements of the Games. They preserve accurate and factual event records, leaving behind vivid stories and profound reflections on the reality of the sporting event.

The event also launched the promotion of the Asian Games Memories photo exhibition scheduled for April. It called on individuals from all walks of life to actively participate in photo submissions, using their lenses to share unforgettable scenes both within and outside the competition venues.

During the ceremony, there was a book-gifting event wherein the book series was gifted to representatives from nationwide libraries, book distribution channels, universities, readers, and volunteers.
