On January 31, the Launch Ceremony of Hangzhou Spring Festival Culture Activity was held in Qinghefang Historical & Cultural Block. The districts and counties in Hangzhou will organize the art show, lecture & exhibition, folk experience, fair and other featured activities from January 31 to February 24, to celebrate the Spring Festival.

The launch ceremony started with the dragon dance show, followed by folk activity, acrobatic performance, intangible cultural heritage fair, etc., enabling tourists to fully enjoy cultural charm of Hangzhou.
