Recently, Zhejiang has announced 23 Zhejiang Provincial Garden Towns 2023. Among them, five towns are from Hangzhou. These towns boast beautiful natural environment and profound cultural connotation, becoming livable models.

Louta Town of Xiaoshan District is an ancient town with a long history and excellent ecology, creating a garden-style wonderful environment through ecological restoration and landscape construction.

Tianmushan Town is located in the central eastern area of Lin’an District, and relies on parks, riverside green areas and flower seas, to provide residents with leisure & recreation spaces and build a more ecological and beautiful scenic town.

Taiyang Town is located in the central area of Lin’an District. It is striving for common prosperity by setting up granaries and farmers markets, renovating many parks and green areas, and introducing great tourism projects to attract more visitors, which explores a new path for integration of agriculture and tourism.

Lianhua Town is located in the north of Jiande, with high green coverage rate and excellent air quality. It has achieved green, environment-friendly, and healthy development through the improvement of urban and rural environmental quality and the creation of low-carbon towns.

Zitong Town of Chun’an County is a municipal hub of calligraphy & painting. It has formed a ecological pattern with harmonious coexistence through the ecological construction of key regions and the creation of parks and green spaces.
