Introduction of Hangzhou International Travel Healthcare Center (Hangzhou Customs Port Clinic) 

Hangzhou International Travel Healthcare Center (Hangzhou Customs Port Clinic) is the institution directly under Hangzhou Customs. Its duty is as follows below:

To carry out physical examination, vaccination, international travel and healthcare consultation and international travel medical service among entry-exit personnel.

To provide technical supports and guidance for health inspection and quarantine, health supervision and sanitary treatment, as well as response on public emergencies. 

To organize the risk assessment and testing for special entry-exit items.

To make scientific research, technology development, and application services in health quarantine.

The center is the only designated authority in Hangzhou to issue the Certificate of Health Examination and the International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis.

Physical Examination in Hangzhou International Travel Healthcare Center (Hangzhou Customs Port Clinic)

1. Physical Examination Appointment by WECHAT: zjbjzx.

2. Physical Examination Time: Monday to Friday (holidays excluded) 8:00-11:00 in the morning.

3. Please bring your passport and 2-4 photos with you.

4. Report Collection Time: When you finish your check-up, the report can be collected on the third working day's afternoon from 13:30-16:30 at the business hall on the 1st floor.

5. Notice before your physical examination

① Please make a reservation in advance;

② If you're not feeling well, please postpone the check-up;

③ If you have chronic diseases such as hypertension or diabetes, please take your medicine as usual; 

④Females should avoid undergoing the examination during menstruation.
