In Hangzhou's Qingheyuan community, Shangcheng District, resident Ge Xiuying is dedicating her time to crafting the "Hundred Dragons" papercut artwork. Having already completed over 60 pieces, she aims to finish the collection before the Spring Festival as a public welfare gift to celebrate the Lunar Year of the Dragon. A passionate papercut artist since childhood and a member of the China Folk Literature and Art Association, Ge, a Shandong Province master of arts and crafts, has been welcoming the New Year with zodiac-themed papercut art for 18 consecutive years.
