Hangzhou rings in New Year with an exhibition of Su Shi

The exhibition of Su Shi-related cultural relics has been popular among visitors since its opening in the Hangzhou West Lake Museum. In ringing in the New Year, the museum has made the exhibition a special event offering visitors with an immersive journey to experience Su's life. 

The special event features a variety of activities for visitors of different age groups, according to the museum. 

One is stamp collecting. Since the exhibition opened, the museum has introduced a series of special stamps, attracting many visitors to collect them. At this New Year special event, it launched a new type of blind-box-like stamps and invited visitors to win the stamps by answering questions. 

Visitors will also have a chance to meet an impersonated Su Shi, former "mayor" of Hangzhou. "He" will personally tell stories about the cultural relics. Visitors can also experience the Song lifestyle. 

Su was an important figure in the cultural history of China. With the exhibition and related activities, visitors will learn about Su's personal charm, artistic achievements and his influences to future generations. It is also a moment to remember Su. 

Good news. To serve people and enrich people's lives, the exhibition has been extended to 21:00 of January 1, 2024. 

The museum also offers night-time activities. From December 23, 2023 to January 1, 2024, the exhibition opens till 21:00. Visitors are welcome to have a night-time experience of Su's life in the museum.
