Hangzhou International Airport has collaborated with three self-operated airlines to launch a brand-new service called the First Flight at Ease, catering to the passengers who use the airport for the first time.
The service is designed for those departing from the airport or those arriving in Hangzhou or transferring via the airport for the first time.
At every inquiry in the airport, an eye-catching board with First Flight at Ease service has been set up. Passengers who sign in for the service gets a blue wristband with which they can enjoy extremely hospitable services. The aged or children may get orange wristbands as a pass for a full-process assistance from being assisted with checking-in to getting across security inspection and to boarding. Green paths are also opened for them.
At departure, the First Flight at Ease service cards are given to passengers, conveying detailed information of boarding, terminal layout, emergency assistance hotline, and customer service hotlines of both the airport and airlines. Passengers can easily find their check-in counters, security check paths, boarding gates, restrooms, and so on. In case of a tight boarding schedule, passengers with the First Flight at Ease wristband or sticker can hop on priority trailers to get to their boarding gates as soon as possible.
Passengers can also call the airport's service hotline at 0571-96299 for reservations or seek assistance at any inquiry.
