Recently, the cargo flight route between Hangzhou and Dubai has been put into operation. This is the eighth international cargo flight route newly opened by Hangzhou International Airport this year.

Dubai is known as the “capital of trade” in the Middle East and North Africa. In the past, the goods from Hangzhou to Dubai needed to be transferred in Guangzhou, and the transportation time was more than 20 hours. With the opening of the direct flight, the time will be shortened to 14 hours, and the logistics efficiency will be significantly improved.

This flight route builds the air passage for economic and trade exchanges between the Middle East and Hangzhou to promote the urban opening and high-quality development.

Since the beginning of this year, Hangzhou International Airport has opened the cargo flight routes to Billund, Chicago, Budapest, Amsterdam, etc. As of November, the international freight volume had a year-on-year growth of 3.7%.
