The "Silk Road Artists' rendezvous" exhibition has officially opened, showcasing the creative brilliance of 84 artists from 83 countries. These artworks, crafted over an intense three-day period, are now on display, offering a window into diverse cultural expressions.
This exhibition is organized around three thematic threads: the exploration of civilization's origins, the beauty of green waters and lush mountains, and the charm of humanistic landscapes. A total of 152 pieces of art are displayed, interconnected through these themes, presenting a rich tapestry of global artistic perspectives.
Featured in the exhibition are the artists' reflections on civilization gleaned from their visits to the Liangzhu archaeological sites, portraits of diverse individuals encountered during their exploratory journeys, artists' wanderings and discoveries in natural landscapes, and their depictions of the multifaceted development of contemporary urban settings.
The exhibition, housed in Building No. 7 of the Liangzhu Dream Town in Hangzhou, will be open to the public for 20 days. This event is a unique opportunity to witness the confluence of artistic visions from across the globe, each adding a distinct strand to the rich cultural fabric of the Silk Road narrative.
