The China International Import Expo (CIIE) is a global platform for not only launching new technologies, products and services, but also conducting people-to-people exchanges. Zhejiang Province has unveiled its special exhibition pavilion for cultural exchanges at the sixth CIIE with the theme of "Dexterous Zhejiang." 

A total of 65 businesses specializing in intangible cultural heritage products and services from Zhejiang are being featured at the sixth CIIE. The exhibition has five sections of Zhejiang Crafts, Zhejiang Silk, Zhejiang Tastes, Zhejiang Performances and Zhejiang Health. Showcased on it includes four items of world-level intangible cultural heritage, which are the Jingshan tea feast, Hangzhou silk weaving, Longquan celadon ware making and Haining shadow puppetry, 20 items of state-level intangible cultural heritage and 15 time-honored brands.  

The section of Zhejiang Crafts showcases the exquisite crafts and the craftsmanship of pursuing excellence in Zhejiang with copper and tin carvings, Huzhou writing brushes and pin artworks. 

In the section of Zhejiang Silk, visitors can explore the charm of the capital of silk. The section gathers globally renowned silk brands including Wensli and Dali, Hangzhou embroidery and Taizhou embroidery, blue allover from Tongxiang and river cloth from Xiaoshan. From gorgeous silk products to dexterous weaving and dying skills, the section tells the thousand years of history of Zhejiang. 

There are 20 exhibitors in the Zhejiang Tastes section showcasing local gourmet and food culture in Zhejiang. Visitors can have a try of Shaoxing rice wine, Jiaxing zongzi or traditional Chinese rice pudding, and crispy pastry as well as local folk customs. 

The Zhejiang Performances section stages Jingshan tea feast, world-level intangible cultural heritage Ninghai shadow puppetry, and classical aria of Yueju opera. 

Time-honored Traditional Chinese Medicine brands in Zhejiang including Fang Hui Chun Tang and Sheng Sheng Tang feature the Zhejiang Health exhibition. They showcase TCM ointments and therapies among other traditional health preserving methods. 

At the sixth CIIE, Zhejiang will organize 25 major sideline events in four categories of international procurement, investment facilitation, international cooperation and people-to-people exchanges.
