Hangzhou Municipal Government signed the strategic cooperation agreement with H3C on August 18. They would jointly develop the headquarters economy, build the headquarters enterprise with the market valuation of more than 100 billion yuan, and take Turing Town as the main carrier to create the new cluster for computing power industry.

Through the cooperation between the government and the enterprise, both parties plan to build Turing Town into the national AIGC industrial development pilot area, the industrial cluster, and the new height of talents within five years.
