On July 8, “Exciting Hangzhou” First Zhejiang-Taiwan Youth Swimming Club Elite Competition lasting two days was held at Hangzhou Olympic Sports Centre Aquatic Sports Arena, and 808 athletes from 46 teams participated in the event, including eight Taiwan teams and 63 Taiwan athletes of Hangzhou Association of Taiwan Compatriots Investment Enterprises.

The event strengthened the cross-strait sports & cultural exchanges, and enhanced the friendship between Zhejiang and Taiwan youths.
