The meteorological data showed that, moderate-to-heavy rain would appear in Hangzhou due to the typhoon, and the water level of Qiantang River Basin would increase. 

In order to ensure the water safety of the Hangzhou Asian Games, Hangzhou recently held the flood & drought prevention drill. By means of “digital monitoring, practice drills and combined dispatching”, Hangzhou aims to enhance its flood & drought disaster prevention capacity and emergency response support capacity.

On the site, digital equipment including UAV and unmanned ship made appearance, which saved manpower and improved efficiency.
