With the approaching of the Asian Games, Hangzhou sets up "Asian Games Civilization Stations" in seven areas, involving the Asian Games venues, Asian Games Villages, large-scale places for watching games, public transport stations like airports, railway stations, as well as popular scenic spots, characteristic blocks, cultural exchange spaces, key road sections and bus stations, to assist in ensuring the urban operation and provide the volunteer services for citizens and tourists at home and abroad.

Some are built through the reconstruction of mobile minibuses with emergency rescue kits, accessible wheelchairs, charging devices, drinking water, etc.. Some are renovated from nucleic acid sheds, undertaking the task of publicizing the Asian Games.
