Recently, Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) came into full force for 15 member countries. The regional economic connectivity would bring more benefits to enterprises and consumers in member countries.

Since the implementation of RCEP, by the end of April this year, Hangzhou Customs had issued 73,200 RCEP Certificates of Origin to 2,609 enterprises in the area under its jurisdiction, which can achieve the tax concession of about 281 million yuan for the imports and exports in Zhejiang.

Hangzhou City, together with the Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province, jointly developed “RCEP Intelligent Sharing Service Platform” to encourage the enterprises to enjoy the preferential customs policies.
