At present, the international environment is complicated and ever-changing. As the key city for the development of cross-border e-commerce, Hangzhou has taken a series of measures to ensure the stable development of foreign trade.

For one thing, Hangzhou arranges for local enterprises to hold exhibitions abroad so as to improve their popularity and expand cooperation projects. Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce has launched the “Overseas Hangzhou” International Exhibition, and it plans to hold four exhibitions in Poland, Germany, Mexico and Brazil in the second quarter. In the first half of the year, Hangzhou strives to organize 1,500 enterprises to go abroad for participation in 60 exhibitions, in order to achieve the goal of increasing foreign trade orders of 60 billion yuan.

For another, Hangzhou optimizes the services of foreign trade enterprises to improve the timeliness and convenience of foreign trade export tax rebates and import & export goods customs clearance.
