In recent years, Hangzhou has been promoting the construction of zero-waste cities. A few days ago, the zero-waste publicity entered the campus in Hangzhou, and the zero-waste campus became the important platform to cultivate zero-waste culture and build zero-waste society.
At the on-site promotion meeting for the construction of “zero-waste schools”, the relevant department granted the plaque to the first 10 zero-waste schools in the city. Among them, four schools exchanged experiences and practices to fully display the achievements of creating zero-waste schools.
The first set of “zero-waste courses” edited by the team of Hangzhou Chunhui Primary School has been released officially. These courses integrate zero-waste concepts and practices from four dimensions like family, campus, community and society, which is interesting and practical to make zero-waste education deeply rooted in people's hearts.
In addition, the construction of Zero-waste Asian Games is also in progress. Through such efforts, Hangzhou will establish the benchmark of zero-waste cities.
