Twelve Flora is a Chinese folk tale that says every flower has a god over it. 

Recently, a group of Chinese girls dressed in hanfu, traditional Chinese attire, as "Twelve Flora" popped up at Xixi National Wetland Park in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, to mark the coming of spring.
