On November 20, the 16th Qiandao Lake Road Cycling Race Hangzhou China 2022 was held at Qiandao Lake, Chun'an County, Hangzhou, attracting about 260 teams from all over the country. There were three groups, such as men elites group, men challenge group and women group.

The race track is the 136km-long lakeside track built along Qianfen Line and Chunyang Line, allowing the contestants to feel the natural scenery of Qiandao Lake. Han Cheng from Jiaxing said that it was very comfortable experience to take part in the race for the first time and the contestants cycling on the track seemed to be in the landscape picture.

Qiandao Lake is the venue for holding the cycling event of next year's Asian Games. The holding of various international cycling races has attracted a great number of domestic & foreign cycling enthusiasts, making the cycling race become the brand event for the urban sports of Qiandao Lake.
