In order to effectively implement the fire safety, Binjiang Gymnasium and Binjiang Fire Rescue Brigade jointly launched the fire emergency drill activity on the afternoon of October 12.

Before the drill, the propagandist of the fire brigade also gave the lively fire publicity knowledge lecture with the theme of "four abilities for fire protection" to all the working personnel, and elaborated the correct escape methods in case of a fire.

During the drill, the fire brigade guided all cadres and workers to cover their noses with wet cloth, bend down, move forward along the wall, orderly evacuate the fire scene, and arrive at the safe area. Under the guidance, the staff of the venue practically operated the powder fire extinguisher for fire extinguishing drill.

The practical operation improved the emergency handling ability of the staff. This fire drill helped to ensure the fire safety of the venue for Hangzhou Asian Games.
