With the approaching of Hangzhou Asian Games, Hangzhou Metro will greet the tourists from home and abroad. To this end, it has set up a special service team for the Asian Games to show the warmth of Hangzhou to the world with the patient, considerate, scrupulous, careful and passionate service spirit.

It is reported that, this team has selected 26 excellent service providers through the professional knowledge and skill training for more than half a year. They have strong English and sign language skills, with more comprehensive knowledge of the Asian Games, able to provide timely assistance according to the passengers' needs. This service team is equipped with tablet computers, able to offer more detailed information service, guide public transport transfer, assist passengers in viewing other transport routes, and complete foreign language translation and communication.

At present, the team is mainly distributed at major stations of Line 1 and Line 5, serving passengers in public areas from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. During the National Day Holiday, they provided the services at large passenger flow stations such as Longxiang Bridge Metro Station and Hangzhoudong Station (Metro Station), winning widespread praise.

The high-quality service of the team will also play a role as a pacesetter to mobilize the staff at other stations so as to comprehensively improve the overall service level of Hangzhou Metro and make the passengers feel the inclusiveness and warmth of Hangzhou.
