China Southern Airlines Flight CZ3909 from Nanning to Hangzhou, with 154 passengers on board, arrived at Hangzhou Airport on the morning of September 8, making it the first flight received by T4 Terminal that was still in trial operation.
As the core project of Hangzhou Airport (Phase III), T4 Terminal is one of the top 10 landmark projects in the construction of the Great Corridor in Zhejiang Province as well as an important supporting infrastructure project for Hangzhou Asian Games. After it is officially put into use in middle September, Hangzhou Airport will become the second largest airport in East China and will be committed to building a new international urban gateway.
With design of lotus flower, a characteristic element of Hangzhou, and exquisite interior decoration, T4 Terminal will improve the image of Hangzhou and become a new landmark building of Zhejiang Province. Also, it will boost social and economic development of Zhejiang Province as a transport hub.
