Huzhou-Hangzhou Section of Hefei-Hangzhou High-speed Rail completed testing and commissioning and entered the trial run stage at 8:00 am on July 6, and is expected to meet the conditions for official operation in August. It took 53 minutes from Huzhou Station to Jiande Station without stopping during the trial run of the train.

Huzhou-Hangzhou Section of Hefei-Hangzhou High-speed Rail is an important project to guarantee traffic services for Hangzhou Asian Games. With a total project investment of about 37,027 million yuan, the newly-built line is about 137.8 km long with a designed speed of 350 km per hour. After the project is open to traffic, it will further expand the one-hour traffic circle in Zhejiang and substantially guarantee the traffic services for Hangzhou Asian Games.
