An herbal tea stand in Pujia residential community in Shangcheng district, Hangzhou opened on July 1, offering free herbal tea and boiled water to passersby. The stand, initially set up by Wang Huiling, a 79-year-old woman, has provided free herbal tea for 20 consecutive summers.
