Flying discs have become another outdoor sport favored by young people after lure and camping, due to the easy accessibility, positive role in social contact and fancy photos. 

The Third Women's Flying Discs Competition will be held in Hangzhou on June 25. It is estimated that the competition, which will be spread worldwide via the internet, attracts the attention from 80,000-100,000 flying disc fans. It will be the largest-scale flying disc competition in Hangzhou.

It is reported that Hangzhou has nearly 10 flying disc related social groups and 8 flying disc related enterprises. With professional operation of enterprises and involvement of major brands from different circles, the commercial value of flying disc is being re-estimated.
