Hangzhou is currently working to build a central city for new-type consumption. In order to further alleviate the impact of the pandemic to the cultural tourism industry and promote the healthy development of the industry, Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, TV and Tourism officially issued the people-oriented cultural tourism card on June 15, which was the first government-issued e-RMB card in China. 

It is said that the card with a total right value of over 3,000 yuan covers a multitude of rights and interests for the people, mainly including free visits to scenic areas, free participation in cultural activities and enjoying discount at designated shops. In the future, citizens may bind it with their e-RMB wallet to enjoy discount with e-RMB payment at designated shops.
