Hangzhou has built up strength to break through core technologies in key fields and enhance the capacity for originality and innovation. 

The Inauguration Ceremony of Zhejiang Technology Innovation Center held on the morning of June 13 announced the founding and inauguration of Zhejiang CMOS Integrated Circuit Packaged Technology and Design Technology Innovation Center and Zhejiang Intelligent Perception Technology Innovation Center in Hangzhou. Liu Xin, the deputy secretary of the CPC Hangzhou Committee and the mayor of Hangzhou, and Wu Zhaohui, the president of Zhejiang University and an academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Academician Wu Hanming of Chinese Academy of Engineering and Municipal Leader Xu Weihua also participated in the ceremony.
