Miao Hao, a Chinese professional triathlete, finished third with 8:29:56, breaking former Asian record of 8:33:17, at Ironman Mallorca Race held in Spain on 7th local time.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Miao Hao had prepared for three years for the race. He managed to keep on training although he could not go to gym or swimming pool. “I work hard not because I see hope, but because I know it is the only way to realize hope ,” he said.
