The flame slowly went out at Xi’an Olympic Sports Center Stadium on the evening of 27th September, bringing the 14th National Games of the People’s Republic of China to a close. 675 Zhejiang athletes attended the event, winning 44 golds, 35 silvers and 37 bronzes. With a total of 116 medals, Zhejiang ranks third on both the gold medal table and the medal table among all provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China.
