2021 Hangzhou Metropolitan Area Modern Digital and Smart Development Conference, with the theme of “Shared Digital and Smart Opportunity and Joint Regional Development”, was held in Hangzhou on 13th May, attracting over 150 representatives from metropolitan area member cities including Hangzhou, Huzhou, Jiaxing, Shaoxing, Quzhou, Huangshan, etc. The Action Plan, as the mission paper of this year’s metropolitan area construction, makes clear the top 10 main tasks and the list of cooperative programs in 2021 and meanwhile puts forward the five themes of the metropolitan area development: interconnected transportation, industrial cluster, humanistic charm, green ecology, and smart life.
