Tea is China’s national drink and Hangzhou is the capital of tea. Now it comes to the tea enjoyment at dragon well again. This year, the West Lake Longjing 43 (literally, Dragon Well 43) tea leaves are to be gathered from 12 March and Colonial cultivar from late March, as announced by Hangzhou on the morning of 9 March at a press conference on brand protection of the West Lake Longjing tea. It is expected that both the yield and the overall natural quality of this year’s high-grade West Lake Longjing tea will be higher than that in last year.
