​Briefing on Hangzhou & 2020 Year-End Reception, hosted by Hangzhou Municipal Government, was held in Shanghai on 8th December, aiming to promote Hangzhou’s connection with foreign embassies and relevant foreign institutions in Shanghai, give them a better understanding of Hangzhou, and deepen mutual communication and cooperation.
